WATER

There is no potable water available onsite or available at the venue. Attendees are expected to bring enough water to supply themselves and keep hydrated through the weekend. We recommend that each person attending pick themselves up a case of water to last all festival long.

SUBSTANCES

While alcohol and legal marijuana is allowed, we do not tolerate drug use, no exceptions. Please be aware of your surroundings and make sure you keep yourself and other attendees safe if you decide to indulge.

NSFW AND AFTER DARK

Please note that we do adhere to local decency laws. Gear must cover your bathing suit areas, this means, that whatever you choose to wear, your privates must be covered. Beyond that, show us your cool festival outfits! PLEASE keep in mind that decency decisions will be made by our staff and you may be asked to cover up or leave the venue.

CAMP FIRES

The venue does not allow individual fires on the property, Noctfurnal staff will however be building a fire every night for everyone to lounge around and enjoy.

VANDALISM AND TRASH

Do not vandalize any walls, poles, cars, ANYTHING whatsoever. This includes stickers. Instead, slap your stickers on the provided con poster for memories!

Don't litter and pick up after yourselves. Please keep your food in your tents or cars at night. Raccoons WILL steal your food and make a mess. You are responsible for any messes made by your belongings.

ATTENDANCE

You must be registered to attend.​

You do not need to be vaccinated to attend this con. Though we do encourage it! If you feel sick before the con, please stay home.

PARTIES

Party. Throw it down. Be as loud as you want. We are surrounded by dirt roads and acres of trees. No need to worry about noise levels before 2 AM. There will be a designated area for being loud at later times of the night, separate from the sleeping areas. We do ask that it gets quieter and more chill once its past 2 AM, out of respect for other attendees!

MEDIA AND CON FOOTAGE

Cameras, and other recording devices ARE allowed. Do not take footage of other poeple's houses or properties. Feel free to take photos and videos at the event to share with others, we encourage it!

Regarding drones - Please do not fly drones without express permission of the event. If you plan on bringing one first contact us and we can arrange safe times to fly and guidelines.

If you take footage of the event, please post it online and tag us on our socials, so we can share it with others!

WEAPONS

No weapons are permitted in con space. Doesn't matter if you conceal carry or not, no weapons are allowed. Pocket knife blades under 3 inches are allowed, as well as miscellaneous camping gear. If you have any questions on if your gear would be considered a weapon or not, please reach to us before bringing it. Weapons will be confiscated and turned over to local authorities. You will be removed from the venue if you are found to have a weapon as well, without refund.

This event will likely have play foam fights, nerf fights and the like, please feel free to bring these TOYs.

INTERNET AND CELL SERVICE

Our venue does have minimal cell service, however it is not consistent. This is a weekend to indulge in being surrounded by friends and the music. Put away the internet and immerse yourself in the place you are in.

EMERGENCIES

We have a number of people on staff who are trained in emergency response. If there is a medical (or any kind of) emergency, please rush to find the nearest staff member and we will get to it as fast as possible.

MISC

Harassment, threats or intimidation of another person are not tolerated at Noctfurnal. People engaging in this behavior will be removed.

Please watch your personal belongings. This is a large event where things can get misplaced and lost. We are not responsible for your lost belongings, but we would be happy to help you look for them if you ask!

​Just be kind to others. With larger events, you may come across someone you don't enjoy sharing a space with. Thankfully, it's a big property.  Noctfurnal is a drama free environment. Someone you don't like is attending? Just avoid them. If something on a larger scale happens (threats of harm, fighting, theft) please contact con staff immediately and we will try to fix the problem to the best of our abilities.

Failure to follow the rules can result in being banned from future Noctfurnal Events, and on a much bigger scale getting authorities involved. These rules are put in place to keep everyone safe and happy. If you see something shifty or suspicious, contact con staff.
