Important information for applying

Vendor space is an 8x8ft space in our vendors area.

We will have tables, chairs, and canopy tents available for use in your space for an extra fee. Please reach out ahead of time to let us know if you will be needing these supplies.

Electrical hookups are not available in these spaces.

Noctfurnal has a limited number of vendor spaces available in our vendor area.

Noctfurnal vendor booths are 250$ for an 8x8ft space in our vendors area. This fee also includes the cost of one registration and your campsite for the duration of the event.

Noctfurnal vendors must be approved by our events staff.

Vendor Rules and Expectations

Excessively lewd or “nsfw” art and items are not permitted to be on display at Noctfurnal, however vendors may still sell it discreetly.

Noctfurnal vendors are not allowed to sell weapons, food, drinks, alcohol, marijuana and related paraphernalia, tobacco or water.

Electrical hookups are not available at Noctfurnal. Vendors may bring a small, quiet generator to run their booths and point of sales systems, so long as the fumes and noise is not disruptive to other vendors or the event.

Internet is not available at Noctfurnal and cell phone service is spotty. Please plan accordingly.

If you must bring a trailer or large box truck that will remain onsite, there is an additional venue fee. Please contact us if this will be needed.

Noctfurnal management reserves the rights to ask vendors to pull certain items, cease sales of those items or to leave at their discretion.
